Virtual Yoga Series - Restful Sleep - Part 1
September 30th - Yoga for Restful Sleep Part 1 (6pm-6:45pm)
The class will include mindful breathing techniques, basic postures to help release physical tension, and deep rest. No yoga experience is required to succeed in this class, and you can practice with or without a mat.
