 To make an appointment with EOPS/CARE Click here to schedule via Zoom, Phone or in Person. The FRC campus will open to students beginng January 19th. The EOPS office will be open from 9-3 Monday through Friday.  Virtual appointments are preferred due to Plumas County's Purple Tier status. 

Extended Opportunity Program and Services (EOPS)

EOPS is a California state funded program that offers additional financial assistance and special support services to help those students affected by social and economic disadvantages. Program staff are committed to helping students gain access to the resources they need to achieve their academic goals.

Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE)

CARE provides additional support services to EOPS eligible students who are parents and head of household with at least one dependent child and are receiving TANF.
