History Degrees

About the Program

Pericles in AthensFeather River College offers two degrees in History. The first is a History Transfer Model Curriculum degree for students anticipating transfer to a California State University political science or comparable degree program.  The second is an associate degree in History that can be completed by students seeking other transfer opportunities or who are not planning transfer to a four-year university.

History majors should check the degree requirements of the university to which they intend to transfer and should meet with an academic advisor to construct an academic plan.
