Allison Smith, MSW

Hi, my name is Allison and I’m the Director of the Talent Search Program and an Advisor for high school students in Plumas and Sierra County schools. Inspiring young people to reach their potential has been my life’s work for over 20 years!  If I’m not talking with your student about the possibilities for their future and how to get there, I’ll be out hiking the trails and peaks, looking at wildflowers, trees and bees, and jumping into our cold, clear lakes. Unless it’s winter. Then I’m shoveling snow and having snowball fights.
