Managing Your Funds in a Foundation Account
Below are links to necessary Foundation Forms: a Foundation Account Application, an Expenditure Request* form, and a Receipt of Funds form.
The forms must be filled out with the correct account number, and include the Account Authority's name and signature.
The *Expenditure Request form must include a receipt or invoice.
Documents can be scanned and emailed to foundation@frc.edu, deposited in the Foundation mailbox, or delivered to the Breaux Group at 2056 E Main St # 1, Quincy, CA 95971. Telephone (530) 283-3965.
