Apartment Style Dorm
Located on campus at 300 Golden Eagle Avenue, the two-story apartment style dorm features one-bedroom units shared by two students, and two-bedroom units shared by four students. Each apartment has a bathroom, kitchen area, living room, one bed per student, and a private outside entrance. On-site management includes at least one resident assistant in each building. Meadows Apartments
Located near downtown Quincy at 623 Main Street, the Meadows is an apartment complex that features one-bedroom units shared by two students, and two-bedroom units shared by four students. Each apartment includes one bathroom, a kitchen, living room, one bed per student, and a private outside entrance. On-site management includes a resident assistant. This facility houses 28 students.
The Pines
Located in downtown Quincy at 50 E. Center, the Pines provides a more traditional dorm setting with a community atmosphere. The Pines features double rooms located off three corridors. Each room has a sink, small refrigerator and stove, closet/cupboard space and one bed per student. Two rooms share a small bathroom with a toilet and sink, and all students on each corridor share a common shower facility. There is a large comfortable lounge, recreation room with big screen TV, and group study rooms. On-site management includes an assistant manager and resident assistant. The Pines is located just behind Safeway and is in walking distance of downtown Quincy. This facility houses 50 students.

Payment Plan Options for 2023 - 2024
A total of $400 is due for the Security/Cleaning Deposit before Jult 1st. Financial Aid funds are not available to pay this deposit.

Students using Financial Aid to pay for housing must personally follow-up with the Financial Aid staff every couple of weeks to check the status until their funds have all disbursed.
Installment Plans Contain a Handling Fee: up to a total of $150 for the Semester Plan and up to a total of $250 for the Monthly Plan.
For Plans #1 or #2, if payment is not received by the due date, the resident will default to Plan #3, the monthly payment plan.
For Plan #3, if payment is not received within five days of the due date, a $20 late fee will be assessed.
To park your car on Student Housing property, a parking sticker is required at $25 per semester or $40 per year.
A $25 per semester fee is collected to provide various activities throughout the year for housing residents.
