The Plumas Pipeline was created to assist Plumas County residents afford a college education at FRC. We are one of the few campuses in the California Community College system that offers student housing, featuring housing in-and-around campus for full-time students! There are currently options for dormitory style housing on campus, or apartment style housing located nearby campus.
