Welcome to Upward Bound at FRC

Mission Statement:

The Feather River College Upward Bound Program provides academic advising, financial aid assistance and other services that will assist Eligible Participants and their Families. The Program prepares participants for High School graduation and enrollment and graduation from an institution of Post-Secondary Education.
