Feather River College is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). The college had its last full evaluation in the March of 2006, where it addressed the new ACCJC standards. A midterm report was completed in the fall of 2008 and was followed by a spring 2009 site visit. As accreditation cycles are six years in length, Feather River College will have its next full evaluation in the spring of 2012.
Currently, Feather River College is working on responding to four recommendations from its spring 2009 midterm site visit. A work plan will be posted and updated each week to capture progress on tasks related to these recommendations.
