FRC The Professor, “Rupert,” is a 3-year-old gelding standing at 15.2 hands tall. Rupert is an affectionate, intelligent gelding with a kind disposition and a strong desire to please. His large build and easy-going nature make him a dependable and enjoyable horse to have in any program. He is naturally relaxed in his movement, traveling with long, efficient strides that allow him to cover ground with ease. Rupert’s pedigree includes Doc O’Lena on the top side, an NCHA earner of $21,991 and one of the most influential sires in the cutting horse industry, known for producing athletic, cow-smart horses with excellent minds. With his size, disposition, and trainability, Rupert is well-suited for ranch work, trail riding, or a variety of western disciplines. He is the kind of gelding that brings reliability, versatility, and a great attitude to any operation.

How many times taking a horse through the FRC Sale? Second
Tia Henrikson is from Mad River, California. She came to FRC in the Fall of 2023, and plans to graduate in the Spring of 2027 with her Bachelor's degree in Equine and Ranch Management. Tia is passionate about starting young horses, she finds joy in the training process and being apart of their growth. Tia plans to work for various ranches and horse trainers to gain experience; she later plans to settle down and raise her own beef cattle and horses. Her favorite memory at FRC was her first FRC Horse Sale, showing her sale horse in the preview, seeing just how well she progressed through the semester, she was extremely proud of herself and the horse she was able to offer to the public through the FRC sale.
