FRC Serve Me Up, “Hashbrown,” is a three-year-old AQHA gelding standing at 14.1 hands. He is well put together with a strong hip, clean legs, and natural balance, making him both capable and easy to ride. Hashbrown is easygoing and laid-back, with a kind disposition and a level-headed attitude that carries over into new environments, making him a pleasure to handle and be around each day. Though started later, Hashbrown has progressed so steadily and continues to develop with every ride that we couldn't help but offer this prospect to the public. He is smooth-moving, responsive, and athletic, showing the ability to go in a variety of directions. His willing mindset and trainability make him an enjoyable and reliable partner under saddle. Hashbrown is sired by Shooting From Memory, a son of Playgun, bringing proven cow horse and performance bloodlines known for athleticism, cow sense, and versatility. With his disposition, build, and adaptability, Hashbrown is well-suited for ranch work, trail riding, or a future in the show pen.

Ava Solberg is from Calpine, California. She began her studies at FRC in the Fall of 2023 and is on track to graduate in Spring of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Equine and Ranch Management. Ava is passionate about training horses and plans to build a career in the agriculture and rodeo industry. Her favorite memory at FRC was participating in last year’s Spring Break Sale trip, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and knowledge.
