The Admissions and Student Accounts staff can answer questions about withdrawls, refunds, transcripts, future enrollment and more!
Admissions forms are now fillable, and staff are responding to email and available for a phone appointment.

The Financial Aid staff is available to answer any questions you may have regarding financial aid at Feather River College.
For general questions about forms, the application process including status of refund checks, please email financialaid@frc.edu. A phone appointment can also be scheduled with our staff.

The FRC Library provides online services including electronic resources for students, subject guides, and a live 24/7 Chat with a Librarian.
The Library Fall 2020 hours are:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm.
- Friday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm & 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
- Sunday computer lab hours: 4:00 pm - 8 :00 pm.

Online classes are new for many students. FRC staff is available to answer your questions and help you through the transition!

The Academic Advising and Counseling staff are available to help! The core hours for the office are 9-3 M-F. They are also conducting meetings by Zoom and phone, and responding to emails outside of those hours.
If you are considering withdrawing from any classes, we strongly encourage you to check with them first to ensure that it will not impact your ability to graduate, transfer, athletic eligibility, or other program eligibility.

The Disability Support Program for Students and Workability III Program staff are committed to supporting students in the program and welcoming new students into the program.

FRC provides free, confidential counseling to currently enrolled students through the Mental Health and Wellness Center Auguest - May.

All FRC students have access to free 24/7 online tutoring services though NetTutor. Through NetTutor, students can meet with a live tutor, drop off a question, drop off a paper, and access the subject area locker room, where you can watch videos of previous sessions, pick up reviewed papers, or any additional feedback.
Steps to access NetTutor:
1. Login to Canvas
2. Click on "Online Student Resources" in the green menu box on the left side of the page
3. Click on "NetTutor" at the top left
4. Find course that you need assistance in, and then click it
Other Tutoring Services:
- TRiO students have access to tutoring services through the TRiO Program.
- Students with disabilities are encouraged to contact the DSPS office.
- The Instructional Resource Center is not open during June and July.
Many instructors use a learning management system called Canvas to assign and collect work. All registered students have a canvas account.
NetTutor and other helpful resources for online learners are also available through Canvas!
