FACULTY AND STAFF
The dedicated people of the Feather River College faculty and staff are committed to creating a quality learning environment for the students. Faculty members come from a broad range of backgrounds and provide students with valuable educational opportunities in a variety of areas. In order to facilitate students’ access to FRC classes, a “one-stop” center for registration and financial aid assistance has been created, streamlining the student admission process. Strong student support through tutoring programs and basic skills classes assist students in achieving their academic goals. Resource programs such as the Extended Opportunity Program Services (EOPS), Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE), on-campus work opportunities, and Student Support Services (SSS) through the federally funded TRIO Program provide additional student assistance. While all these programs are important to the students, it is the people providing them that make the students’ experience at Feather River College rewarding and memorable.
