Certificated, Tenure-track, Full-Time, 12-months, $62,810 - $112,044/ annually
Under the general direction, this person will teach courses in agriculture, equine studies, rodeo, and other courses as assigned in areas of his or her expertise.  Summer duties may include teaching courses, instructing/ supervising rodeo clinics, recruiting, program development, facilities repair and maintenance, and other related activities. As the head rodeo coach, this person is responsible for coordinating and coaching the intercollegiate rodeo program, which includes recruiting, planning, and organizing a community college intercollegiate rodeo program. Looking for 2 defensive coaches, DL and LB. Duties may include assisting in football operations, recruiting, academic monitoring, practice organization, video editing, and other related activities. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or the equivalent is required for coaching stipend. Teaching opportunities are also available dependent on qualifications. To teach a wide range of college level courses in the discipline of English.  Master’s in English, literature, comparative literature, or composition OR a Bachelor’s in any of the above AND Master’s in linguistics, TESL, speech, education with a specialization in reading, creative writing, or journalism OR the Equivalent.  Teaching experience preferred, yet not required.
