About Feather River College Residence Hall

The Feather River Residence Hall complex is managed by Feather River College. The student-exclusive, two-story apartment buildings are conveniently located a short, five-minute walk from the center of the Feather River College campus. A suite-style dorm design naturally blends into the nearby hillside, which provides a backdrop of towering pine and oak.

The Residence Hall supports the academic mission of Feather River College by providing living environments, which enhance the educational and personal growth of FRC students.

The apartments are spacious, one-bedroom units, which are shared by two students.  There are also two-bedroom units shared by four students. Because there is a high demand for student housing, all bedrooms are double occupancy, i.e., a single student may not live in a one-bedroom suite alone. Co-ed apartment sharing is not allowed.

All of the apartments feature one bathroom, a kitchen area, living room, dining area, utilities, Direct TV service, one bed per student and private outside entrances. 
 

On-site management includes at least one resident assistant in each building. Security patrols and student activities also combine to make Feather River Residence Halls an exceptional all-around housing value for FRC students.

Semester and Monthly Installment Plans contain a handling fee.

NOTE: If payment is not received at the FRCRH Office by the 5th of each month, a late fee starting at $20 will be assessed.

SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT: $400

* MOVE-IN COSTS:  Security/Cleaning Deposit and First Month's Payment ($890 for 1bd; $860 for 2bd).  Financial Aid funds are not available to pay move-in costs.

To secure housing at this complex for the 2013-14 Academic Year (91/2 months), please download and review documents listed below.  Please print, complete, and send the 2013-2014 Housing License Agreement along with all required documents and payment to the address listed below.
