About Feather River College Residence Hall

The Feather River Residence Hall complex is managed by Feather River College. The student-exclusive, two-story apartment buildings are modern and convenient, and are located a short, five-minute walk from the center of the Feather River College campus. A suite-style dorm design naturally blends into the nearby hillside, which provides a backdrop of towering pine and oak.

The Residence Hall's support the academic mission of Feather River College by providing living environments, which enhance the educational and personal growth of FRC students.

Most of the apartments are spacious, one-bedroom units, which are shared by two students.  There are also two-bedroom units shared by four students. Because there is a high demand for student housing, all apartments will be reserved to full capacity, i.e., a single student may not live in a one-bedroom suite alone. Co-ed apartment sharing is not allowed.

All of the apartments feature one bathroom, a kitchen area, living room, dining area, utilities, Direct TV service, one bed per student and private outside entrances. 
 

On-site management includes at least one resident assistant in each building. Security patrols and student activities also combine to make Feather River Residence Halls an exceptional all-around housing value for FRC students.

NOTE: If payment is not received at the FRCRH Office by the 5th of each month, a late fee starting at $20 will be assessed.

SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT: $480 for 1 bd; $450 for 2 bd.

* MOVE-IN COSTS:  Security/Cleaning Deposit and First Month's Rent ($960 for 1bd; $900 for 2bd)
