Golden Eagle Softball opener sweeps Lassen College! The Golden Eagles looked strong in their season opener against the Cougars. Both games shut out Lassen 14-0 & 8-0. Their next home game is March 19th against College of the Redwoods.
Local sensation Brittany Potter, a freshman, played well, hitting a home run over the fence early in the first game and added solid defense at short-stop all day long. |

Congratulations!! Football's All-California Region I First Team Defense roster lists two from Feather River College. Sophomore and Team Captain Reshaude Miller, DB #9, and freshman Chris Outten, LB #40, made the list as voted by the California Community College Football Coaches Association.
Congratulations to FRC's Rebecca Pate for being selected to the 2009 All-Regional Nor Cal team. Rebecca is the first player in the history of the Feather River Volleyball program to receive this honor.
FRC's Jordan 'Jordy' Forman and Ariele Pires finished the 2009 soccer season ranked 1st (Forman) and 3rd (Pires) in the state for scoring and assists combined. Jordy had 21 goals and 29 assists while Ariele put in 27 goals and had 11 assists. Great Job, to both of you!
