Program Fund For Excellence
The FRC Foundation Program Funds for Excellence helps FRC departments and programs to create a Foundation-managed account that is used to raise donations for targeted needs. A robust Fund for Excellence provides new support for a department’s unique needs, and the opportunity to develop outside funding and partnerships with companies or organizations.
Departments that have a Program Fund for Excellence are:
Administration of Justice
Administrative Office Management
Agriculture and Equines Studies
Art
Athletics Department
Business
Early Childhood Education
Environmental Studies
FRC Fish Hatchery
Health and Exercise Studies
Nutrition, Food and Culinary Arts
Outdoor Recreation Leadership
Nursing
Student Services
Funds can be used for: (examples)

- Equipment
- Professional Development
- Event Support
(*scholarship are funded separately.)
Does the specific department get all the money?
Yes! All designated gifts go to the department except for a 1% administration fee for the FRC Foundation to manage the money.
General Program Excellence Fund
If you wish to support broader college-wide initiatives, consider donating to the General Program Excellence Fund, also managed by the FRC Foundation. This mini-grant program is open to all departments, and provides funds through an annual grant application cycle.
