A federally funded program designed to assist first generation, low income and disabled student who plan to transfer to a four year college.  TRIO/SSS provides a variety of services which may include grants to assist students successfully transfer.

Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS)
Provides assistance and accommodations to students with temporary and /or permanent disabilities using specialized services and equipment.

Feather River College Childcare Center
Provides full or part day preschool services are available at the on-campus Child Development Center (CDC) for children 2-5 years old. The professional staffed facility offers a high quality and creative preschool program.  The children receive three nutritional meals per day.  Eligible student-parents may enroll their children free of charge, or for a minimal fee.  Parents must be enrolled in a minimum of six units at FRC.  The CDC also has positions for Student Teacher Aides.  Please contact the on-campus student employment office.

CalWorks Program/CARE
Program provides assistance to single parents and TANF recipients in the form of childcare payments, books, transportations costs and job preparation.
