Mentor Program

FRC is a member campus of the California Early Childhood Mentor Program. Students who are taking early childhood education classes that require a lab, may request to have a mentor in an off-campus or on-campus location. The mentor is someone who is recognized for his or her expertise in the field and provides guidance and support on an individual basis to the student.

This program offers students more options in lab placements. Links with professionals in the community are strengthened as theory is integrated with practice in high-quality settings.
