Applicant Eligibility

  • Nonprofit, for-profit, public organizations, independent contractors
  • Will serve Plumas County adult learners (18 yr.+)
  • Will support adult education, economic development and workforce development

 

Program Areas

(Review the AEBG Student Data Collection Guide for additional Program Area requirements)

  1. Elementary and secondary basic skills; include resulting in high school diploma or equivalent
  2. Immigrants; citizenship, English as a second language, and workforce preparation
  3. Entry or reentry into the workforce
  4. Knowledge and skills to assist elementary and secondary school children academically
  5. Disabled
  6. Career technical education; short-term; high employment potential

 

Performance Measures

(Review the AEBG Student Data Collection Guide for additional Performance Area requirements)

  1. Enrolled in Workforce Improvement and Opportunity Act (WIOA); Complete one or more Educational Functioning Levels
  2. Not enrolled in WIOA; completion of one or more Educational Functioning Levels
  3. Complete high school diploma or equivalent
  4. Transition to Postsecondary
  5. Transition from non-credit to credit status/courses in post-secondary education
  6. Complete post-secondary certification, degree, or training program
  7. Obtain job hire/placement
  8. Obtain increase in wages
